I'm sure most people here are smart enough, but watch out for this guy.
1. He's unwilling to show the account in game. He keeps insisting on sending "pictures" of the account. Simply asking to see the account in game will prove he's scamming.

1. I Have Dialup Runescape Is Very Laggy And Often Does Not Load.
2. I Will Not Show You In Game. I Will Call You Via Cell Phone.
