Word on the street is your a scammer. I took the time to actually check if there recoveries set....and YES... YOU HAVE RECOVERIES SET.
Lied about what your selling. Scamming? I think I trust what they are saying. Scamming is low. I hope you get banned...
Just so people know, you can check if an account has recoveries set via the "Recover a lost password" link on the RuneScape front page.
If any questions show at all it means there are indeed recoveries set on the account.
If there re no recoveries it generally comes up with:
