Easter eggs are a rare item that was a drop from an event on easter years ago. There will never be any more of these in the game.
People sometimes antecedently eat them (I will note it so this won't happen). People who have them get banned. There are many reasons why they disappear, lowering the supply, and raising the price.
You just can't go wrong with this. If you wait it out, turn around and sell it, it will pay for itself! The price is constantly rising, especially around easter.
