In order to file a lawsuit for under $2k USD you would have to live in the U.S. and they would have to file it in the city where you live and it would be via small claims court. So there expenses would be more than its worth and even if they won it would probably never be paid until you die or sold your house then it would be garnished, of course if you didnt have a house you would never be able to get a loan for one until you paid this off.
If they pay via paypal with a credit card they can contact there credit card company and try to recover there money as long as they dont say they bought an everquest account, doesnt matter what you say they just gotta say they bought some used underwear or something and didnt get them and they can probably get a refund.

Funny how all the 'guest' accounts in this post posted from the same IP (from the Sellers IP no less) Looks like they are trying to make someone feel comfortable that you cant be scammed so they can scam you.
