Potentially amazing skiller, all skills are above 30, most between 40 and 70. If you alch to 99 mage you'll have the cape at *51* combat, and can then proceed to make a great range mage staker.

Just come clarification: The skiller doesn't have all skills over 30, this does NOT include combat skills.
1 attack, strength, defense, prayer and ranged.
