Wondering why im selling so cheap/think its a scam?

Ill trade for my level 93. It has some good items, has members for quite another few days and has sme pretty high stats. 99 fletch, 86 mage, 84 str, 70 attack, 70 range, 70 defence, 82 wcing, cooking and fishing both around 60, prayer at 52, Hunter around the 55 mark, hp 76.
It also has a range of good items, with a pretty full bank and a huge range of stuff. Defenders, armour, weapons, some gp to buy a dds, food, runes with (350k ish). Fletching allows quick money to be made, and with high wc mages can be cut and fletched or just sold off 1k. In a few hours I made around 350k from mage logs alone.
Acc has also done Desert Treasure, and some other important quests. Monkey Madness is about halfway through.
