I need to tell you, and other beginner to the game, that you must first read several reviews and tutorials. In those, you can find most of the solutions that beginners can come across in the first playing days. I know that in one of them you can find a whole chapter about buying your first house, condominium, island, flat or any other thing. However, the most visible sign is the FOR SALE sign that is sometimes posted on one of them. First you must understand how the game is working, and only then you will be able to lay it the best way.
