Well, first try to reinstall the game, and if you still face the same problem, game is not responsible for it. Other problem may be old drivers for graphic card. Go to officials site of developer of your graphic card and download latest drivers for your operating system. If you still have the same problem, try to change graphic card with new one, faster and more powerful. If the problem exist even then, the only option is contact the developer of the game and ask for user support.
