What's the exchange rate on this stuff? Is it stable, and if so, is it on its own or artificially managed?
How much money do people make playing the game, on average? Is it for real, as in all legal and stuff, or is it some new form of internet swindle?
I've heard that you get free "money" when you first log in, if that's so what's to stop people from immediately cashing in, then logging in again with another character?

How much do people earn, I don't know the average, but it's said to range from just enough to cover the expenses of playing to a couple $1,000s a month.
Free L$ are given with registered accounts, which effectively cost more then you are given.
