Hello. I'm fairly new to SL, and I'm just getting myself familiar with the whole concept… I was wondering if someone would be so kind to point me in the right direction to somewhere that I can get newbie-themed guides and tutorials. Links to pdf or html downloads, stuff like that? Thanks in advance.

Well, as a newbie, you might not be aware of the fact that you can learn everything you need in-world, form other characters. (If you already knew that, my apologies.) But if you're looking for something in a more classical format, try something like this:

Do some googling of your own, too, it shouldn't be to hard.
