I am afraid, but you are competent. This sounds strange doesn't it? I am apologizing to someone because he or she is competent. Anyway, there is no server for this game in the place where you are looking for it. I think this is something that will change soon, but until that day comes you will not be able to find what you are looking for. Even there is no server I think that this ground is covered somehow. I am not sure, but there are players from Africa as far as I know. Or maybe this is not the reason why you are interested in this server.
