Thats roughly under 1 grand that can run EQ and Planetside....my wifes computer is shot....any suggestions.

Do whatever people do to turn it into a normal PC and then run EQ on it!

you looking to build it or buy from a manufacturer.... Dell usually has pretty good deals that you can jump on for a full PC.

Just got a Dell for <$1000. I missed the nice deals they had last weekend, too (free memory upgrade, hd upgrade and printer). I suggest waiting for a deal similar to that, then hitting it up if you're not going to build your own system.

build it yourself. its really easy. only thing is you can't call up dell if something goes wrong.
check out
www.sharkeyextreme.com
they have a section on building you own puter on different budgets 1k 2.5k and 4k i think, gives ya good ideas.
then check out
www.newegg.com for the best deals.
