I traded my 70 mage and paladin for his 70 warrior, the day after we traded he took his acct back and told me the OO of the account had taken the account back, but reasoned with him and would have my warrior back in my hands by tomorrow...Well I've been IMing him off the chain, hasnt responded, so I had someone give him an IM asking about buying the mage, he responded to them, still not me, when I confronted him about ducking me, he then signed off...PLEASE DO NOT LET HIM sell this mage, on monday I will be getting it back through blizzard because, frankly this guy tried to scam me, GG.
His aim is megl0maniac1, please avoid this guy, hes bad news, seems legit, then takes the acct back and ducks you.

AIm.MSN...you deserve what happens when doing deals on those IM services. Sucks to hear it, but there is no security WHAT so ever

Yeah, the trade I did before this one I did in PMs, and all my other trades before PM trades were over AIM, and I've never been dicked over by such an idiot, he really thinks he can get away with it.
I've looked through to all his previous trades, and they seemed like they worked out, under the name he uses on here.
I just don't understand it, at all.

Did both, hasnt responded, hes been ducking me, that is for sure.
I'm calling blizzard tomorrow, getting the mage back, and from now on, never trading outside PMs again, that way if anything like this happens, the sucked who causes me this much of a problem can rot in hell...
So once you confirm them a scammer, it blocks their IP address doesnt it? That way they can't just make a new email and screen name and log in name on here?

Well, there is no confirmation. You made a claim. Without there being other claims or you having any visual proof it just gets situated to where hes watched. If he pops someone else then it gets a bit hot for him.

Neither Crunk nor doublesh0ts were original owners of the NE War account. The NE warrior's account was stolen through a key logger. You should be more careful about who you trade with.
I've known the original owner of this account for almost ten years. I've played with him for 4 years on everquest and since beta on WoW. He's never once sold, or traded his account and he's the type of guy that NEVER would. Someone hacked this account and they should have their fingers broken one by one.

conern,why has your friend not recalled his account ?
if he is the OO then he would be able to meet Blizzards criteria,at some point, to retrieve, or ban it at the least

He did recall his account. Hence everyone getting upset here at everyone else.
My friend recalled his account. (the War)
then the BE pally recounted on his deal with Crunk
then Crunk flipped and tried to get the mage back, and he's now trying to get his rogue back.
and Doublesh0ts apparently has disappeared... at least for the time being.

After reviewing Doublesh0ts account and posts I have seen Crunkboots complaint and one other name,which turned out to be Crunkboots as well.
There are no other complaints that I see other than this issue. I am not saying he did not orchestrate this and utilize information obtained through a keylogger, I am saying that noone else has complained in any of his other trades or on the Hall of Shame and that says more to me than this confusion.
Good luck getting your account back crunc, I would say once you do, everyone is back to Square 1.

Yep. Still means someone (doublesh0ts?) is out there stealing accounts, but for the time being people are at square one.
