I used my SQA and got the acct back but now my paypal is negative money because I used it after they sent it. I just want the money and to give them the account. I have all the trading details via PM on this site anyway I can fight them takin the money back?

I think for paypal to get the money for you you'd need a screenshot of him giving you his paypal email so they know it's him, although that's a small chance. Otherwise I think it's pretty hopeless because to paypal it could be anyone signed up to this forum and sending PMs to each other. My opinion anyway, hope you get the money back. Next time get them to send it to you $50 at a time.

Tell Paypal to p**s off and take you to court.
They won't . Now you scammed the scammer, not intentionally of course, but Paypal, contrary to what they say, will NOT return his funds until they get theirs.
Just let it go and move on. Any funds you redirect to paypal will go towards that debt, which you were being scammed for anyway. Paypal does NOT protect its people in any way, shape or form, so again, to hell with em, enjoy the cash
Also, send me the info about the person you were doing a deal with

They did return his funds though. They opened an investigation and said I had 14 days to respond. I didn't respond yesterday and then today I looked and it said it went from an investigation to a claim and the claim was resolved and now his money is returned. So I didn't do anything and they closed the case? How do I go about re-opening that or w/e then?

Tbh by ringing them i believe all your gonna recieve is a big wall of text they will read out claiming that you sold virtual items and this is against there tos or someones tos so basically your screwed stop bugging us.
Only way you could get round it is to claim it was a parcel but then you dont have proof of postage, but you could try.

Really I dont think that is against Paypal's TOS. I know it's against Blizzards. There has to be someway because I was always told that if they claim it as being unauthorized that you just have to prove they know it was authorized because then they are lying.

Actually i believe virtual items are as the virtual item belongs to the game company not the actual player, so for them to reimberse you for a virtual item that didnt belong to you in the first place makes them as liable for the sale of goods that didnt belong to the seller, thats why they dismiss it.

Actually thinking about it more, I do not believe that they have it against the TOS when the whole point of paypal is to use virtual services.

I think Stec works for Paypal ..damm
All i can say is that same thing happened to me, I mailed them saying i wanted to speak some1 high enough or i would get my bank into it..next day i called them and they listened , yea they did ...i sended my screenies, chat and guess what ..I won!(took me a month though) But it is also true that paypal doesnt wants to be involved in "Virtual Goods" .As they can never check if the goods are delivered for what people payed ..
Next time use moneybookers or something else, no retrieves, claims possible

Paypal isnt an actual virtual service, It deals specifically with hard cash, and they do only officially deal with solid items not virtual characters or currency.
Foempspeedy is correct use moneybookers paypal is a pile of crap, and do by all means carry on fighting paypal to get your cash back i wasnt saying you deffinatly wouldnt get it, i just wanted to make you aware of what they could say before you get your hopes up.
Having your hopes broken sucks, my new house i was sposed to move into after part x-ing mine towards it fell through 2 days before i was due to move in due to subsidence in my house (£20-£30k to sort out) so i understand how it feels (slightly larger scale but hey ^^) if they would have let me know first off there was still a chance i wouldnt get the house then my hopes wouldnt have been as high and i wouldnt have spent £6k on things for the new house like furniture and stuff.
Good luck getting your money back, i do hope you win. post here if you do get it back.
