Paypal is garbage when it comes to disputes. Better make sure when you make a transaction you can trust the guy. I've lost hundreds of dollars due to scammers disputing and winning.

paypal does not insure intangible objects. this would include game accounts. the best way to sell an account is to have a 3rd party confirm your account, transfer over the account to the professional 3rd party, then use western union for payment.
