It hasn't been very active latly. At least not active enough to feel in the east bay (Concord, Pleseant Hill, Walnut creek, etc) area.
About 6 months ago I was woken by a earthquake becasue my fiance' screamed becasue a glass fell on her face, was funny shit.

Charleston 1890, earthquake destroyed 90% of the buildings and killed countless peeps.
Yes, the Carolinas are on a faultline and way overdue for their 100 year earthquake, so expect it to be a large one!

I could also care less!
I dont see us haveing a earth quake for awail!
Cali gets alot and they prolly hit harder then the ones we would get.
Earth Quakes happen all the time in NC you just dont feal them.
That was in charleston as well not in my town!
