Yeah, man, I noticed something similar myself. The several updates are costing less, so I read somewhere that it has been nerfed. In addition, salvaging rare items is really somehow feeling different. I cannot explain how, but I can feel it. I am playing game for several months, and in past two weeks, some parts of the game has been changed. The drops are getting lower and weaker. It must be because salvaging is for sure, nerfed. It is not fair to the principle gaming of Guild Wars. I want to point out that I do not like the way everything is going, and maybe I will stop to play the game if nerfing is continued.
