Just wondering, how safe from law enforcement are you in these countries from running trackers and seedboxes.
Germany
Poland
Hong Kong
India

germany has strict laws and seems to not bee the best place though as of today i read an article that said that europeen ISP would no longer be forced to give out their customers info for civil matters.
thats all i know so you could be safe but maybe not im thinking you should look elsewhere.

Yeah I would go germany over poland any day. Anyone know what Panama is like? As I know their a tax haven.

ok so at the end of every scene NFO it usually states that the group is looking for
Legit 10mbit+ .EU
.EU is most likely a safe place otherwise sceners wouldn't want dump sites their.
check wiki for more info thou i can tell you that .EU is European Union.
