Funny that after 3 waves of US's attacks...
Saddam's talk about God, that they will win..and NO coments or threat toward the US's bombing? NO coment about what just happened?
My guess is, that Saddam is or dead ..or that he ordered someone to pass an already taped conversation to answer to the American.

Towards the end of that speech there was a glitch, making it look like it was taped and not live...also, some peeps are claiming they hear gunfire and explosions in the background.

That didn't even look like him to me. Not that I've seen him that many times, but it's not what I remember him looking like. Although maybe it was just those ugly-ass glasses. Forget installing a new government - we should invade them just to install a few decent opticians that would carry designer frames

just like Osama.....don't expect to kill him over night if ever
Talked to my buddy stationed in Germany this morning who monitors all missiles and such for the US Army and he doubts you will get him at all similar to Osama.......

Some say he's been dead since '99, died of cancer. But for years the entire Saddam family has 'alts' that have been trained for public occasions. I think it's doubtfull if Saddam is still alive, however his regime still is

No, it's been all over the news (in Europe). His doctor made some kind of a statement that in '96 he had about 6-12 months left to live.

Well what they were saying on the news was part of the reason they launched the missile attacks early was because they had intelligence that Saddam was in XX palace bunker and had gone to bed for the night and they did hit that palace with a bunker-buster penetrator bomb. Now whether he was really in there and whether his bunker stood up to the bombing there's no way to know, but I think there's a good chance that speech was taped beforehand.

i think someone on the news said that there was intelligence saying that it was known that saddam had prerecorded multiple tapes for playback.

I wonder about these bunker buster bombs. I know they're designed to go down through mutliple layers of floors and stuff. But wouldn't they know that? I'd think that the actual part of the bunker where sadam was staying would be a few miles of fortified underground tunnels away from the entrances to the bunker, with blast doors and stuff sealing it off. It's hard to believe he'd sleep right underneath an obvious target.

Didn't you see that movie with Michael Keaton. Ummm, wtf was it called, where he cloned himself because he was spending too much time working, but every clone was a little worse, like a fuzzy xerox, and they all thought they should get to sleep with his wife?

Wasn't it just that one of the clones was kind of a more feminine version of himself, one was kind of an a*****e... but then they made a clone out of one of the clones... and because it was a third generation clone it came out all retarded?

Do you really believe your friend knows absolutely everything there is to know about how the American Army runs? You're running on what he's telling you and blindly accepting it as truth. Believe me Vio, a "monitor of US missiles" isn't going to be the guru of the United States' war condition.

I think the man in the video was a imposter. I believe Saddam is still alive. Why?
If he were truly dead.. Why continue fighting? The threat of death from disobendience would be gone.
The only ones that would continue ordering the soldiers to fight would be his top leaders afriad of being carted off to the hague.
