There have been an absurd amount of posts questioning if this site is up or down--these downtimes have happened for spots within months. And these questions, too, have occurred every time over said months for well over a year.

they took their servers down the other day, and when they came back
said they were having issues and was runnng on backup servers.

This time the post is actually valid though, since suprnova has been down for a few days. Most of the time the inquirer just mispelled suprnova or used .net/.com.
