so bout 5 days ago i got really drunk and accidetly deleted my 65 ranger stridier i know its fek stupid blah blah blah but yea anyway since then i had my monk dizank loged in the world campin SF while i wait on a response from a GM not to metition i called them and sent them about 15 emails and still no repsonse but on the bright side got the annoucments for WoW beta bein sent soon *crosses fingers*

someone said if you petition it goes away after 2 hours for some reason. Yet you can always /viewpetition and it seems there. So i would recommend you keep deleting and resubmitting till you get some sort of response. I also seem to get better help in the afternoons on weekdays for some reason. I'm not sure why but if i get responses its always in the afternoon.

i did that about 15 times or so lol and i have also been keeping good track of my pettitions in the queue seems more like 14 hours that they stay in there or so had to re petition quite a few times none the less lol

I've had them in que too for a long time like 6-8 hours then log off for 5 mins and its gone. That is why I said even if it looks there, you may want to delete and repetition afterawhile if you arent getting any response.

Interesting way to get attention. A server GM comes to the server after so many petitions are in the queue to start handling them. Have your friends, at the same time you petition, petition about small little stuff like them seeing their face if they grow too large, etc. Which will put the number of active petitions high enough to attract immediate server GM attention. Guides will start handling the small stuff and the GM will take care of the bigger stuff.
This is the technique relayed to me via an actual dev, as he cursed their CS.
All our problems in PoTime were good for something, I guess =\.

petitions used to be 3 hours max, and vanished when you logged.
Now, they are 12 hours or until someone deletes them, regardless of online or not.

and that link is good, just tell them you cant make it on during normal hours to talk to them, and would appreciate if it was done while you were offline.
With recent changes, they most likely just forwarded it to one of the roamers for the server to contact you.

wooot after bout 15 petitions and 30 emails i / all GM sure enugh i see 65 nehlean GM admin on send him a /t he says yes he can help me make sure there is a petition in the queue and then for 30 mins hasent said anything WOOOT great coustomer service there /nod

WOOOT got stridier back after 5 days of trying to get a hold of sony i say lead GM loged on and not annon (got him on friends list now muhahhahah) and i sent him a /t to help me only took him bout 5 mins of his time or bout 5 days of mine seem little messed up to u lol?
