RvR/PvE areas in Warhammer Online

Hey Warhammer crew! I haven’t been the lucky one that have tried Warhammer online ever, are there any people here that could share some thoughts about this one? I overheard about some things but not quite certain I have gathered all facts right. I have no idea how the battles are handled actually, is there any limitations or some special areas for RvR/PvE confrontations?
Well, I haven’t tried it also, but what I know those RvR/PvE areas are called skirmish areas and they could be found in every zone of this game. As you enter that part you get flagged as available and ready for combat. They are not guarded places and not many limitations in there. So all you have to do is get in, try to kill the most opponents as you can and do your best to survive the battle!
