I’ve been a devoted Warhammer player for years and I would really like to try out the online version. The problem is that I hate Windows and I wouldn’t like to have to use it only because of this game. I mean I will if I have to but…would someone please tell me if there will be a Linux version?

I really don’t think that they will make a Linux version of Warhammer Online. Big majority of people, particularly the ones who use PCs for gaming purposes, are Windows users. As far as I know, there should be some kind of emulators available that can allow you to play Win games on Linux so you should perhaps look into that.
