Running Shorts

I haven't washed my Running Shorts in two weeks and they reak!!!

Right up at the top in the front where all the sweat always goes it smells like a high school locker room at some all-black high school near Birmingham, AL, minus the Brut, Polo and Coolwater smells.

Also, does anyone know a cheap way to polish silver? I heard bakind soda/water paste and also toothpaste works. I have a tarnished sword that i need to clean.

tooth paste...cheap tooth paste. Not the gel, not the stuff with the funky colors or flavors, just cheap tooth paste

16 tablespoons soap flakes
16 tblsp whiting
1 tblsp anomia
16 oz (450ml) boiling water

combine flakes whiting and amonia an enamel lined sausepan. add boiling water and still until all solid particles have dissolved. leave teh misture out to cool then tranfer it to a clean 2pint/1.1liter glass jar. lable, s***w on a tight fitting lid and store out of reach of kids.

before use shake the jar well. wash the silver with soap and warm water, apply the polish with a sponge. rub gently with a clean cloth, rinse and dry.

or just make life easier on yourself and go to the store and buy a tube of freakin silver pollish!

lum just go purchase some wenols all purpose metal pollish in a tube and use that with a soft cloth.
