First things first, im not sure if i can post this here so if u can like move it or somthing that would be cool.

also, guys plz stop posting ur aim/msn on open forums ur driveing complete gibberish crazy, soon hes gunna ban accounts faster then jagex did during the money dupeing.

all this info i got from personal experiance and forum rules and junk.

ok this is how most ppl get scammed, the player says ill give recoveries and no worries u pay me. well the guy knoes those recovie questions, and it taks 17days to change them. so in that time the guy can access the account when ever he wants and take any items u transfer.(happened to me 1day ago).

so here is how to avoid getting scammed, make sure the account has no recoveries its prob best to get a middle man to check(useing only mods and dont spam them until they help cuz there busy) cuz if theres a pic or vid the guy can easly make recoveries after showing them. so basicly to ensure the trades run smoothly with no scams u need to have a trusted mm to ensure this. when ur buying an account make sure ur vidding everthying from the start u make contact with the seller, and also take screenies of important parts. dont edit the vids, and use the pm system when tradeing. if ur gunna use msn send ur e-mails through the pm and only use msn to find out when the seller/buyer is online. also make sure the selling has good rep, like alot of post and has good credit. cuz someone with my amount of post can easly be a scammer.

when buying gp use the pm system and send money through paypal first, if they scam u hopeful u vidded everything, and u can also get ur moeny back from paypal or w/e u use best to have proof and get realpoor to back u up. also good way but takes time is to buy in 1mills.

so basicly if we are gunna make a safe tradeing community for runescape accounts realpoor is gunna have to make a team of mm. my adivice when doing this is pick trust worthy ppl who are active and enjoy helping others.

this will take time to pick these ppl but i feel its the best way to have 0 scammers.

also plz read the posting rules, scammers who are currently stealing other player hard earn stuff, plz go out side, get a life and dont become a 40yr old virgen.

there is lots missin from this im sure, so plz add ur own ideas because things arnt full proof from 1 person idea is fullproof by a whole communities ideas and to be honest i dont think we got enouph mods, its not complete gibberishs fault its everyeones fault for not being trust worthy,

if we are gunna make this a safe place we need to act together because i cant do it on my own and the mods have it hard enouph as it is. so plz post ur own ideas make this a perfect thread because i cant do it on my own, im only 1 person with a few ideas. also feel free to point out anyflaws in my idea its appreated.

also my grammer is crap so point out anything that makes no sence
