Hi,your proposing to hustle/scam people out of their accounts.
Regardless of how much you claim innocence or profess your on the level, i know better.
If i see another post like this from your IP, your IP will be banned from this site.

RuneScape is a server side game. No program will "hack" anything. You can edit client side values and APPEAR to yourself to have hacked stats, but they are not hacked and revert on a server side save.
Do not let people like this bilk your hard spent time and characters.
This person aboves intent is to scam people who want a short cut. We all want short cuts, but do not let people like this rob you by promising a lie.
Hack is a misused term and some hacks are not even realized by people because of how abused the word is.
Using a war-dialer to obtain access numbers to a mainframe is a hack. it does nothing but tell the operator what lines are open to a system, but it is still a hack.
Running a program like Winhack to manually adjust setings in your cg's ,ini's,etc, is not a hack. A hex editor edits data and since all games that are online with a pay service or a premium upgrade service, they cannot be hacked from your files in anyway. A person would have to gain access, brute or sneak into the DB, fine your specific data, edit it there and then get out and not be noticed,else why bother ? Now, whos going to go thru all of that, a felony, for25,50,100 bucks ? noone with any common sense and noone with the ACTUAL knowledge to hack either
