Runescape 2 account. 90 range

I have stopped playing RS and have been trying to sell my account for sometime.

The combat level is 95, melee stats are balanced, strength being highest, followed by attack then defense. The strongest combat stat is range. He is just 150k off level 91, and this will dominate most people at this level in group Pking, and the balanced melee stats will do some fair damage at 1v1. The total level is over 1350, with farming, construction both at 1, and slayer very low, since I stopped playing RS 2 years ago, so you could easily boost the total to 1500 in a couple of days. The account was never banned and has not got a bad rep with anyone on RS. The account comes with around 40k arrows, dragon square, many assorted items, and 21 million in pure cash. The estimated bank value is 25-27m. There is enough ranging equipment to reach roughly 96 or 97 range.
