Rosetta Stone programs

So I found via torrents, the Rosetta stone Install CD and Spanish 1 & 2 programs.

I installed the software, and when I go to run 1 or 2 it launches the program and gives me a series of pictures with a random word in spanish.

Is this normal or is there reference text/study guides I'm missing? Granted I've only looked at lesson one so far, but it seems an odd way "Guess until you get it right and hope you retain it" way of learning, unless I'm missing something.

That's the way it works. I was skeptical at first, but it's really not that bad. In fact, I retained quite a bit more than I thought I would.

China seems a huge, scary monster, just like Russia did. The only thing that is necessary to defeat them is to sit back and watch their faulty government system fall apart, just like Russia did.

Some people/governments/cultures are so f****d that they will hang themselves(is it themselves or theirselves I forget) given time, and ti i ime is on our side.


Im far more concerned about the USA's own stability right now than I am about China's sleeping giant waking up and stomping the ants around it. They just dont have the history anymore, its been so long since they were -truly- a conquering nation, rather than someone elses sugar daddy or b***h.
