Cant decide weather to keep playing my char or start a new one?
currently have a level 60 warrior, in top guild on server, we farm MC, lots of friends, life is swell. note: on pvp server, dont like pvp. (horde)
Have about 7 friends starting the game and i'm interested in playing with them... chance are if they get to 60 on same srver as me they wont get in guild.
Could start all fresh on one of the new servers (PvE Alliance).
or
Could help them all to my level and be bored at 60.

it just depends on what you value more...the fun of playing the game with your friends, or the fun of raiding high level content.

Stay in your guild.
Friends who aren't as hardcore as you might dropout around 30-40ish and then you'll feel dumb.

rl friends in-game usually dont turn out so well

Start with them on a new PvE server. But, keep logging on for raids with your guild, chances are that can't be mroe than a few times a week for really important raids (Onyxia/MC). You get playing time with your friends and if they drop-out you still got your guild.
