Brought on by a polls taken just after the RNC and on the anniversary of the 911 attack.
and now on monday they beat their chest and declare themselves uncontested winners.

Personally, I think the democRATS should have weekly national conventions.
Everytime they open their mouth, or come up with a new ad, Kerry's numbers drop.

Bush is winning.
Main Entry: gloat
Pronunciation: 'glOt
Function: intransitive verb
Etymology: probably of Scandinavian origin; akin to Old Norse glotta to grin scornfully
1 obsolete : to look or glance admiringly or amorously
2 : to observe or think about something with triumphant and often malicious satisfaction, gratification, or delight <gloat over an enemy's misfortune>
