Are repeating instances allowed, I mean, possible, in Lord of the rings online? Let’s say I want to help someone in his quest, but I’ve done it myself already. What exactly do I need to do to rejoin the quest. Do I get an immediate transport with the fellowship or there is some other procedure for getting in again?

Around the majority of locations around Eriador, there are pools, where you can get list of instances where you can join when in a fellowship. Just open the map, and under filters select ‘pools’ and you can see where to find them. But, if you are close to your fellows, you can get a pop up invite to travel.
