The official release date is "2004" according to SOE everytime someone asks. I'm guessing mid-November.

WoW will not be out this year, and i doubt EQ2 will either. WoW is way more polished then EQ2 at this point and could release, but won't because its Blizzard and they will hammer out all the little shit before they ship it.
I think its funny that people comment on the dates that have not played either let alone both.

Not for the TV.. I could care less.. I just want my cable internet back being my PC doesn't have a modem.. Only my BF's does... Heck it's the only reason I'm getting a job!

Listen you fucktard gimp, do you think anyone tells blizzard when a title goes out the door? The answer to that as we all know is a no. EQ2 we will see but they don't need to rush it out the door to make money off it, the name is going to sell a ton alone. s****y games like AC and SB and Horizons had to be pushed out the door to start making some money, SoE and Blizzard don't have to worry about that.
