I played the stress test and I am hooked. I was actually considering buying a closed beta account until I went to ebay and saw some accounts are nearly $1,500. I can wait I guess, just hope it isn't too long.

with luck you all should be playing WoW by christmas time. They have repeatedly said the plan was by end of 2004.. however there is a lot of shit unbalanced atm, and it gets worse the higher level you go.

Yeah, warriors are pretty overpowered.
I just don't see how you could change them much though without completely f*****g their utility.

Could give casters a warrior debuff of some sorts. Maybe make the wars more vulnerable to Nature, Spirit, whatever. I love rogue. God damn, I love rogue.

I'm betting they are mostly bids by kids then realising they don't have that money. When I sold my first mage on eBay (EQ, back when it wasn't illegal), I had bids up to 2,000$US for it. The first real bid was at 900$US though, and I took it. Back in the days when 1 day at the druids in EK could net you 200$US

warriors have already been 'nerfed' to a degree.
I used to be able to constantly taunt and chain special attacks over and over.. and never run out of rage. However they nerfed our HP regen during combat talent which made it a lot harder to solo effectively. Plus healing up 3000HP gets expensive when its costing you 5 silver per food. I can go thru a gold in food in a day.

Game will not ship this year i have a feeling. It is blizzard and they are in no hurry to ever push a game out the door. I bet that it will be last Jan or Feb at the earliest. I hope but the end of the year, but probably not.

Or make friends with a mage.
