Downloaded it and got a full version crack.... anyone like what it does? cleans registry and invalid paths etc.. actually fixed some SP2 problems with shit not saving. Also improved performance slightly...
one annoying thing off topic to this thread, im getting f*****g adware pop ups in IE. I tracked it down and its coming from my cookies folder... now i have ad aware 6.0 professional and its not picking it up... its p*****g me the f**k off because i dont like having adware on my system.. anyone know how else to remove this piece of shit.
also delted my temp internet files and cookies x50439590.

ya i use registry mech too, nice program, windows registry is one of the shittest things about the OS, i hope they get rid of ir in favor of a system that doesnt suck in the future versions.
As for the pop up.. dl spy bot s&d and see if it picks it up.. if not its prolly in the IE files or windows system files.. you can delete and reinstall IE easily so you might try that.. just backup your bookmarks.

heres a stupid question.. but how do you delete IE explorer, the old fashioned way? its not in add remove programs in XP and sinces therse several IE directories, not sure which one to get rid of. i'm assuming all of em but i dont like to assume lol

it should be in add remove programs under the windows system programs tab or whatever its called.

In win98 and xp (and probably 2k, but not sure) IE is integrated into the file manager shell, and can't be removed without fubarring your OS install.

it just rolls it back to the version installed with your OS...which does the trick in most cases
