For those just starting to like anime, or those just looking for a new show
Naruto - discussed sooo many times here but definetly needs to be mentioned
Gundam SEED Destiny - Follow up to what is on Cartoon Network now
Bleach - New series (14 episodes as of this posting) and a damn fine show.
Grenadier - Comedy/Action show that has it's cheesy moments but overall is an entertaining series.

The Getbackers
Neon Evangelion
Robotech (grew up watching it in the 80's)
I like the old Fist of the Northstar. I wish Starz Action didnt stop showing it. They are playing Hellsing and Patlabar in place of FoTNS now.
