Well, I see you have a lot on your mind lol.
1. Possibilities include:
Urethral stricture

Long-term conditions caused by prior untreated chlamydia and/or gonorrhea including chronic Epididymitis, Pyelonephritis(less likely), or even kidney stones (unlikely).

It's also remotely possible that your urethra lacks sufficient tolerance to acidic fluids (urine for example, this sort of thing is very common with esophagus/digestive systems which is similar in terms of acidic resistance). Maybe due to genetics or other problems.

6. Not possible, the ear canal ultimately leads to bone. Semen containing sperm is incapable of penetrating material such as bone.

Woah there cowboy, Urine is extremely close to Neutral, if it wasn't you would die, google for the pH of urine.

Regardless of the factor of pH it can, with extended exposure, harm delicate tissues.

i had the same thing. it turned out to be a urinary infection i believe. antibiotics did the trick. it was notably worse/more consistant after ejaculation though. and my urine test had traces of white blood cells. if it came out clean, it sounds kinda strange.

Go to the urls i posted and look over the symptoms. It's possible you had a long term infection that did some damage to the tissues. You may have wiped it out when you were ill with something else while on antibiotics.
