We need a new sticky so since i have the most current running stickes i will add another one.
I now work at Alienware. I will have been here 2 years nov 23. I started in customer service moved up to critial issues and then to RMA where i am now.
I RMA i preaty much bring in parts that are broken that customers send in the process them and issue credit to the customer and send the parts to the "vendor" team so they can ship them back to the maker for either credit or a new part.
I also do a bunch of other stuff but that's my "main" duty in a nutshell.
So what do you do?

Funny, I actually do a little of what Reebo does, only for CompUSA.
However, I only help the RMA guy when I can, I'm actually the inventory manager. I explained at length what I do before, but in a nutshell it's my job to maintain my store inventory's integrity - meaning whatever it says we have in our system better match what we have on the floor.
I research theft, receiving variances, tech shop issues, fill endless spreadsheets with my precious inventory data daily, etc. If something winds up missing, I better know what happened to it.

I build, fix, and sell computers... basically. I work at a small PC boutique where my job consists mostly of browsing the net and posting until some completely illiterate family walks in and I get to explain shit they don't understand to them for a good 20 minutes. Then I go back to the workshop and play with all the new shit.

EDIT: No longer do ISP - Tech Support as my regular 8am-6pm.
Also just started a Web Design / Graphic Arts corporation that began making money on day one <eat my c**k Deroth>
