I do not know what I did with Final Fantasy XI, but I have a problem. I must reactivate the account. What must I do now? I have no idea how to reactivate the account, and I cannot play it unless I do that. Will someone help me? I know it may be a dumb question, but I must ask it. I love the game, and every second that pass is like infinity to me. I just know that someone had the same exact problem.

It is very strange thing that happened to your Final Fantasy XI. I mean your situation. I have never heard before that the game needs to be reactivated or that it has lost the activation key. It never happened to me, and I am veteran player. I played almost every game on the market. I think it would be good idea to contact the game developers or their PR team. They will give much more clear answer that me. Alternatively, you can wait for another post here. Maybe someone really did have the same problem, and know how to fix it.
