I ate some Mushrooms at this big rich eatting place and did't feel well after that, now I got this hard part under the skin in my right leg on the inner side, I thought it was just something, like I might have hit it on something, but now its starting to get these blood dots, looks like a rash to me, but the blood is trapped between something and the skin

HELP!

Was it a parasitic toxodermatis explosensis mushroom? Those reproduce by being eaten by mammals, then producing skin lesions containing thousands of spores. They send down fibrous tendrils into the fleshy host, tapping its blood capillaries for nutrition. Eventually the lesion bursts in a dramatic manner and the spores are dispersed to restart the cycle.

Dunno what mushrooms it was, I'll call the person that ordered them, I know they were cooked and breaded, I'll find out when they get home from work

Haha, it's much more likely that you're experiencing some kind of contact or allergic dermatitis. Is it hot and humid where you live or have you been sweating a lot? You should definitely go see a dermatologist, like others have said, especially if it starts to look infected or pus collects underneath the skin.

Why do you assume it was the mushrooms though? Do you have other food allergies and/or was that the only thing you ate all night? Highly unlikely that a food allergy would cause you to break out at only 1 place on your leg. If you had had cramps, chest tightness, and vomited 30 minutes after eating them, that would be a reaction to the food. A rash on your leg without any other symptoms is not.

maybe it's a spider bite from a spider lurking inside the mushroom?

Maybe God is telling you that he doesn't love you and you should end it all? That's what I'm getting from it, anyway.

After I ate the Mushroom I started cramping and chest tighting, never threw up, felt like it tho, and Mushrooms are the only diff thing I've had to eat in the past month
