My friend recently saw a guy in a porn with a bar piercing on the underside of his penis and thought it was cool, so he did it.
I asked him a couple of questions, 1) Does it increase stimulation for him (the male), and 2) for the female?
He has no idea.. but I'm still curious.
Anyone know?

For the female the answer is yes.
For the male I'm not sure. A Prince Albert will, but I am unsure if the one that you are describing will have the same effect. My best guess would be yes though!
