I don’t know much about this Lord of the Rings Online game but I would like to get informed since I’ve heard that it might be better than most of the other MMORPGs. Could someone tell me what are the races that you’ll be able to play in this game? What I’m particularly interested in is whether you’ll be able to play an orc or something like that since it just doesn’t seem logical.

It’s not logical and is not consistent with Tolkien’s world and the developers have had this in mind. You will be able to play a dwarf, a hobbit, an elf or a human character and you won’t be able to play any kind of evil characters because they’re just mindless tools of Sauron and playing them would have no sense at all.
