so today I was running around and somehow I got flagged for pvp. I was like whoa this is neat. I started to find out that night elves are stupid and like to attack me. So I kill them.
This one elf wasn't so nice and she kept hunting me over and over. I killed her each time. By the third time I was getting rather annoyed as I was trying to complete a quest. So I kill her again and think nothing of it.
10min pass and I see a night elf on an epic mount. Very cool! All of the suden I see her cast a spell and I was like OH NO! here we go! So I ghost wolf and run like crazy.
I jump in the water (i'm pretty far ahead of her) and I hide. I come out a bit later and looks clear. so I run off back towards the outpost. Next thing I know I'm half dead.
They formed a hunting party of high levels (I assume 40+) to kill me. I enjoyed the laugh and logged for the night.
btw I'm a level 25 Tauren Shaman.

Im on an alliance dominated server and I havent seen to much of this.
I keep my main parked where I expect to be leveling since it doesnt take long to wyvern/epic mount myself to a new locale. If it starts to annoy me I just log in and deal with it.
I hope your not leveling @ Taren Mill. That place, at least on my server is notoriously an alliance gank fest zone. I cant imagine its much different on other servers. Thing is, after all the battlegrounds and shit came out, things became very tame comparitivlely speaking. I remember whole raid forces sitting at the top of zepplin towers waiting for people to fly in still combat flagged for whatever reason.

I like Tarren Mill for that very reason.
"Kill 20 spiders, collect loot." Boring.
"Kill 20 spiders, avoid roaming groups of insta-death level 60 hunters and rogues, collect loot." Fun!
Also, when Minion (Bibendum) plays with me, we corpse camp alliance. It's good eats.

Lately ive been using mind controll to harass the female night elf population on Arthas. It is, as you say "good eats"  .
MC, profess undying love, rinse+repeat, wait for them to logout. I heard they fixed using MC to trade with alliance, not sure if they corrected being able to talk to them. I did get a few "bur"'s outa the elves and im pretty sure "bur" is alliance for "lol".

I think it's either in issues they're going to fix or issues they fixed in 1.7 but I did see a thread yesterday when someone said Viridus (Occulis and My guildmate) was making them do Simpson Trivia for their life
