I'm reading the Avatar series and Cleric Quintet right now. I need to pick Lone Drow up.

Whah? New RA salvatore?
I hope it's better than the last few of the Drizzt series. Those were nearly as bad as the Weis and Hickman House of Surplus Cliches and Template Characters.

Dunn, I didn't much care for the spin-off plots of Wulfgar.
But this new series is pretty good.
This trilogy is called "The Hunter's Blade".
This is book 2.
Book 1 is "The Thousand Orcs"

Is there anything left to tell in the fantasy genre?
My buddy reads a different book every week and they all look the same:
"The Dragon's Bane"
"Bane of the Dragonkin"
"Kin of the Dragonbane"
"Hustler"
I would probably get the plots and characters mixed up if I tried to peruse his collection (well, I could probably figure out the plot to Hustler...)

Happened to me eventually, I used to read all those Star Trek books when I was in junior high. Probably 50 of 'em in all.
After awhile I could reread the same one and not even remember it, like it was a new book, they all just mushed together. I've also probably got a few on the shelf I think I read, but really didn't.

Just finished it, and it's a damned good book. The Lone Drow that is.

Read A Song of Ice and Fire it's nothing like the standard tolkein rip-off fantasy that 95% of books today are.
