I recently discovered i was kinda heading towards being an alcoholic.
Quitting sucks bigtime. I cant sleep, i cant focus.
help! I need to get some sleep

I love the fact that i can drink for days and days and then just give it up for a week no problem.

Ask yourself
Do i drink alone ?
DO i drink because i feel bad and want to feel good ?
Do i drink to get to sleep?
Has drinking has Negative effects on my life yet i keep drinking ?
Has anyone ever told you that you have a problem ?
Ever had any health issues because of drinking ?
Am i such a freak about drinking that i need to post about it on internet forums when i am not drinking ?
IF you can answer no to most of these than you are prolly ok and should just have the beer.
IF you answer yes to most of these that it should be easy to quit . every time you want a drink,you should just think aout how truly pathetic you are and how drinking was driving force for you to become the sad creature you are today. Should help you want to stay away from it and get healthy. Might get you so depressed you have to get a drink though ...
