Hi guys, I have a couple of newbie questions for you to answer, if you don't mind?
One, I keep hearing about these 32-point builds, but no one tells me how exactly do I do that. Is there something that has to be done in the game itself so that you can up your character to a 32-point build?
And two, how amiable is this game toward solo characters? I hate being forced into groups, and some games are like that

Yes. You'll need to rake up a total of 1750 favor points to unlock a 32-pt. toon build.

This, like many other things in DDO, depends heavily on your choice of character class.
