Thinking about selling my WoW account, Just curious to see what some of yah folks would honestly pay for a 58 Shaman - Tauren, with decent, to above average gear. Would love some feedback, thanks.

There is always risk in scammers and chargebacks. Don't feel personally offended. Many EQ accounts (before WoW) with decent characters were going for less than the cost of the CDs.

due to the fact that the game is unavailable ANYWHERE, i cant see you getting less than 80$ for the account at this point.
Post it on PA. Advertise that people can download the software or you can send them the cd's and they can play TOMORROW.
It will sell.

Open Beta client works fine after patching, it's what I used at release. I'm sure you could find a torrent for it somewhere.
