Hey guys, I havnt bought or sold an account in like a year or so and I know blizz likes to change things up so, basically I want to know if when your transfering a character off do you have to be the person on the original account to transfer it or it doesnt matter?
I know it didnt matter before but I've heard differently lately. Please let me know, might be a dumb question with all the trading going on but still.

You need all info e.g. phone number, house address, secret question & answer etc.. but i dont think they ask for photographic ID unless the account is suspicious.
