Aren't they like not supposed to eat stuff with sugar in it?
This chic across from me is a diabetic and shes been scarfing down all kinds of goodies today, including some sweet ass cake..... /boggle

There are different kinds of diabetes.
In one form the person needs to eat many small meals a day to maintain a normal blood-sugar level (blood-sugar drops if he doesn't and the person gets light headed).
The other form is the person cannot metabolize the sugar properly and they need insulin injections regularly and after meals to keep their blood sugar down.

Some diabetics can't have sugar and some need sugar I think. Like my mom can't have any sugar.

diabetics can consume as much sugar as they want, they just need to inject a shitload of insulin, which is bad because over time you gain immunities which means you need to take more and more insalin.
some diabetics can maintain their blood sugar levels by eating right and getting exercise.
You only really need to worry about getting diebetes if you overweight, i.e Kbarr and Confused.

My dad is a diabetic and he doesn't eat anything sweet. He won't even drink a regular soda.

yeah my mother is diabetic, Coke or any sweet soda are probably the worste thing a diabetic can consume as it raises blood sugar levels extremely fast. she does however, drink a ton of diet coke

Thats Hypoglycemia. It can be a pre-diabetic condition, but not always. Or its someone that has mild diabetes and is controlling it with diet instead of medication

some lady rang my doorbell a bunch and i went outside to see whats goin on.. went next door to find someone that keeled over in his chair and like... he was concious but he was in insulan shock or something.. he couldnt talk.. he moved his legs a little bit. and his eyes were half open.. looks like a fish after you smash a rock in its head... i was pretty creeped out. called 911 and the ambulance came. they gave him some sugar stuff and like. half hour later he was doin yard work.
thats some weird shit

My mom's diabetic and depending on where this persons blood sugar is at, its ok to eat sweets once in awhile or anything with processed sugar for that matter. Eat too much though and you're asking for trouble. And there are hypoglycemics who don't have enough blood sugar. Hopefully the person who's eating all that junk is watching their sugars ... or you might have a dead body on yer hands soon
