Question about Pirates Of The Burning Sea Avatars

This is one Question about Pirates Of The Burning Sea Avatars. Will I be able to switch my avatar that I choose in the beginning of the game, some time later in the game? I heard that something like this might be possible, but I would like to know if this is sure or not. Do you know the answer?

I think I can give you something, maybe not an answer, but maybe a hope. I think that you should start playing this game with the avatar that you like the most at this point in time, and believe that you will be able to switch to something else in the later time. I can’t say that this will be possible for sure, but I can tell you that this is the only thing you can say right now. There is no use in delaying start of pirates of the burning sea because of something that will not be known soon. You start playing it and maybe you will not be in any need for changing characters at all after a while.
