Are the subclasses in Lineage II race dependant? Can I make a selection of race / class combination of my own? I am making some comparison of several MMO RPG games so I need to know this thing. If subclass selection is race dependant, are there equivalent classes for every race?

Subclasses in Lineage II are race dependant, but the good news is that there are equivalents for the classes in different races. For example, you have fighters in both elven and human class. You have warriors subclasses in both races, too. In human subclass you have a rogue, which is similar to scouts in elves.
